In the next programme, we will look at 'reggae'...

Something you probably missed. In fact I'd go so far as to wager you definitely missed. Robert Popper & Peter Serafinowicz's music for series one of 'Look Around You' was done under the moniker 'Gelg'. Very lovely all of it was, too. But all very short. So, here's my favourite snippet, made longer. It's still short, but not as short as it was... Obviously, for full effect this should be playing on an Akai reel to reel player, with some coloured disco lights shining on it.

Nice. I've always thought they missed a trick in not putting together an album of the music from both series in the 'library' style, as they were good little tunes in their own right. The music (well, Beatles parodies) on Peter's solo series was diappointing by comparision (too much Matt Berry involvlement, I think)

I've often thought of suggesting a nice limited LP of all the music to Mr. S and Mr. P, with the Machadaynu remix as a bonus track of course, but never got around to it. No doubt there'd be all sorts of rights issues to make it not worth the bother, but...
